As Head of Leasing and Marketing Operations, Jacob is an expert at driving online traffic, property positioning, and procuring tenant demand for our clients’ income-producing properties. He understands the wants, needs, and desires Orlando tenants and renters are looking for in a rental home. Jacob uses his 8+ years in real estate & property management to deliver exceptional results for our clients. A student-athlete in college, Jacob played football at North Dakota State University and was part of the 2013 NCAA Division I National Championship team. He graduated from The University of Tampa with his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Gaining leadership skills during his time as Assistant Captain of the UT Hockey team. Jacob provides our clients a creative and fresh look not seen in the property management industry today.
